Rigid Board
FOAMBOARD
Lightweight board with a foam centre and clay coated paper face. Comes in a variety of thicknesses.
ULTRABOARD
Ultra board is a heavy-duty, all-plastic panel used for vivid prints and high-use displays. Like foam core and gator board, ultra board also has a rigid and dense foam interior. The difference is that the surfaces of ultra board are made from moisture resistant sheets of polystyrene plastic. Comes in a variety of thicknesses.
CORRUGATED PLASTIC
Corrugated plastic refers to a wide range of extruded twin-wall plastic-sheet products produced from high-impact polypropylene resin with a similar make-up to corrugated fiberboard. It is a light-weight tough material which is weather proof. Comes in a variety of thicknesses.
PVC
PVC is a lightweight closed-cell, free foam, rigid board. It is homogeneously colored with a matte finish that is tough and versatile enough for many of today’s applications. Comes in a variety of thicknesses.
24pt CARD
24pt card, also called cover stock and pasteboard, is paper that is thicker and more durable than normal writing and printing paper, but thinner and more flexible than other forms of paperboard.
48pt CARD

E-FLUTE CORRUGATE
E flute is approximately 1mm to 1.5mm in thickness, providing a very fine flute. This not only gives it excellent compression strength and crush resistance, but also means it provides a high quality surface for printing.
B-FLUTE CORRUGATE
B-Flute is 1/8 inch thick, flatter surface for higher quality printing and die cutting
ALUPANEL
AluPanel is an acrylic composite panel, perfect for applications where a strong surface is required in more difficult signage areas, where structural integrity and a lasting finish is desired. Comes in a variety of thicknesses.
ACYRLIC
Acrylic is a plastic material with exceptional durability, rigidity, and is optically clear.It adheres well with solvent inks and adhesives, and is easy to heat bend. Its ability to withstand weathering is exceptional when compared to many other clear plastics.
Acrylic possesses aspects similar to glass but it weighs about half as much and is more resistant to impact than glass. Create striking retail accessories and displays. Acrylic is functional, strong, and inventive. Available in clear or sign white and a variety of thicknesses.
CREZON
Crezon is exterior grade plywood. Crezon is the work horse of the sign industry offering a life expectancy of 4-7 years.
